Sustainability regulations are constantly evolving, such as the 2022/2464/EU Directive (CSRD – Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), implemented in Italy through Legislative Decree No. 125 of September 6, 2024, which introduces new corporate sustainability reporting obligations.
